1. Open TaxiPunto and log in.
2. Go to your Profile / Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.
Your account and data are erased right away.
Write to khawarhunny26@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Eliminar cuenta TaxiPunto” (Delete TaxiPunto account). We delete it within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.
Your login and profile (name, photo, licence, phone, preferences), ads, lost/found items, posts, comments and likes, alerts, private messages, Hello group memberships, My shift data, points, notification tokens, ride-matching consents and data, and your photos.
Hello voice clips already sent are deleted automatically within 30 days of sending. Technical backups at the database provider expire within a few days. Anonymous counters (e.g. an ad’s view count) do not identify you.
You can delete your ads, items, posts, services and expenses one by one in the app without deleting the account, or email khawarhunny26@gmail.com to ask us to delete specific data.
